• Jun 23, 2014 my 30 days free trial is up on lightroom and now i'd like to purchase it, but when I click on buy it gives the options to purchase it monthly along with photoshop. I want to just pay a flat rate for only lightroom not worry about a monthly fee. Can anybody help?

I'm only using Lightroom 3-4 times a year when I return from dive trips to enhancing my photos. Since I'm not using Lightroom very often, I would like to buy the program once and for all without having to pay a monthly fee. Is that possible and what are the conditions (program update etc.). Thanks in advance. Fyi, all users - I have literally not used Lightroom since signing up as part of a class in September, 2017, yet they're charging me an 'early cancellation' penalty! I will from now on explore ALL other options, should I ever decide to try such a service again, before considering these shysters.
